摘要

Abstract

The guide bend property of the weld is an important parameter for the submerged-arc welded pipe mechanical properties. It is used to study the ability in resistance to plastic bend deformation for welded joint The strict requirements to the guide bend test are proposed by various standards of oil and gas transportation pipeline. Through contrasting requirements to guide bend test under different standards and analyzing the existed problems, it indicated some standard exists certain irrationality. Some suggestions for reducing the unqualified probability were proposed, and the better sampling time was gave out
