摘要

Abstract

In this article, it introduced basic structure, working principle of ultrasonic probe and the technical requirements of double crystal Kl probe, analyzed distribution of steel pipe weld defects. It adopted single crystal slanting probe and double crystal slanting probe respectively to carry out transverse detection, and compared the detection results. The results indicated that double crystal slanting probe can greatly increase detection sensitivity and speed in inspecting weld transverse defects. Finally, it proposed treatment measures for echoed signal exceeding standard during ultrasonic detection.
