摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the greater difference of mechanical properties between HFW pipe weld zone and base metal, in order to achieve technical requirements of weld mechanical properties, the heat treatment was conducted, and the simulation normalizing heat treatment process was selected through analysis on physics and metallographic principles. Utilizing technological parameters which obtained through theoretical analysis to establish technological parameters on every stage of heat treatment in practical production. Taking samples to do the mechanical and chemical tests, after the metallographic analysis, mechanical and chemical tests, it proved that the weld properties of HFW pipe can meet requirements.
