Preparation and Performance Evaluation of Catalyst for Selective Catalytic Reduction of NOx with NH3

Abstract
The catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NO^ with NH3 was prepared by coating the honeycomb-like cordierite carrier with TiO2 slurry and loading it with active components V and W. The process conditions for preparation of TiO2 coating were studied and the activity and stability of the catalyst were evaluated. The optimum conditions for TiO2 coating are as follows; mass fraction of alumina sol in TiO, slurry 12% , slurry pH 1.91 , slurry solid content (total mass fraction of TiO, and A12O3 in the slurry) 20% , coating times 2. The catalyst prepared under these conditions exhibits good activity and stability. When the reaction temperature is 360 °C, the highest Nox removal rate is 98.4% and is kept at 96. 8% -98.4% during the stability test for 100 h.关键词
