摘要

Abstract

WBPU/PVA composites were prepared by blending WBPU emulsions with PVA solution and characterized by using FTIR,transmittance,AFM,tensile testing,water absorption,and TG,respectively.The effects of PVA content on the properties of the composites film were also investigated.Results show that strong hydrogen bonding action exists between two components.The WBPU/PVA composite with 80% PVA shows excellent compatibility,and the tensile strength of it reaches up to the maximum(61.9 MPa)by about 149% and 38% compared with pure WBPU(24.9 MPa)and pure PVA(44.7 MPa),respectively.The elongation at break and water resistance of WBPU/PVA composites declined with the increasing of PVA content.
