摘要

Abstract

Caustic sludge in refinery was separated to meet the disposal standard.Corresponding wastewater was then used as circulation cooling water after being treated by a high efficient biodegradation process.The average removal efficiency of COD,oil pollutants,NH3-N can reach 65.5%,80.7%,and 96.0% respectively.The outlet gray water meets the requirement of supplemental circular water standard for SINO-petrochemical industry.About 2540kt gray water was reused in 2010,which is 82.7% more than before.The fresh water consumption for unit crude oil treatment is reduced to 0.478 t.
