Study on mixed monolayers of O,O-dilauryl-N,N,N-trimethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium with cholesterol
摘要
Abstract
O,O-Dilauryl-N,N,N-trimethyl chitosan quaternary ammonium（DATMC）was prepared and characterized by FTIR,EA and 1H NMR.The behaviors of mixed monolayers of DATMC and cholesterol（CH）were studied.The experimental results of monolayers properties show that the collapse pressure（πc）and the limiting molecular area（Aex）of mixed monolayers decrease with the increasing of cholestrol content.The results of compatibility indicate that the mixed system is stable as the values of excess molecular area（ΔGexc）are less than zero at any πc,and the most stable state of it is observed when molar concentration of cholestol is 0.8.The experimental results show that the properity of DATMC monolayers changes with the content of cholestrol.关键词
