摘要
Abstract
By an improved design for radiation source protection,the protection weight can be reduced significantly.A novel 360 degree planar radiation mode is employed.A portable gamma ray scanning system has been developed for the on-site measurement in petrochemical plants.A diagnosis and troubleshooting method for equipments in petrochemical process was proposed based on more than ten year industrial application of the gamma ray scanning technique.The structure and fluid flow characteristics inside the equipment can be measured rapidly and directly,then the structural and operating failure of the process equipments can be accurately diagnosed.Examples for troubleshooting on both structural and operating failure are introduced.关键词
