卷式扩散渗析膜法回收H2SO4/FeSO4体系中的H2SO4
Separation of H_2SO_4/FeSO_4 mixture by spiral wound diffusion dialysis

Abstract
Separation of synthetic titanium white waste liquor(H2SO4/FeSO4 system)by a self-made spiral wound diffusion dialysis module has been studied.Effects of H2SO4 and FeSO4 concentration,diffusion dialysis time,flow rate and flow rate ratio on the recovery of H2SO4 were investigated.The results showed that the spiral wound diffusion dialysis membrane module was an effective diffusion dialyzator.The acid recovery rate was more than 80% and the salt rejection rate was more than 90% when feed and water flow rate is 4.84 mL/(min?m2) and flow ratio of water to feed is 1.The recovered acid concentration was up to 70% of the acid concentration of titanium white waste liquor.Under the same operation condition,the spiral wound diffusion dialysis membrane module was more effective than the conventional plate-and-frame diffusion dialyzator.关键词
