摘要

Abstract

Based on determination of total chromium in water by FAAS (Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry), sensitivity and reproducibility are best under the conditon of acetylene flux is 100 L/h, burner height is 9mm, slit width is 0.2 nm. Absorbency is higher and relative standard deviation is the lowest while hydrochloric acid in lmg/L chromium solution is 5% and ammonium chloride is 0.5%. This method is easy to spread for determination of total chromium in water owe to its easy operation, high sensitivity, precision and accuracy.
