Abstract
SNR is an important parameter to weigh communication system. A blind SNR estimation algorithm for 8PSK signal in the channel whose coefficients obey Gaussian distribution was proposed in allusion to the problem of requiring training sequence or channel coefficients being constant in the frame for traditional SNR estimating. The relationship was theoretically analyzed between the SNR of 8PSK modulation signal and observation value that numerically combined by real or imaginary part of the receiving signal, and its analytic expression was deduced by polynomial fitting and middle observation value normalizing. The numerical simulation indicated that the algorithm could achieve perfect SNR estimation effect for the SNR between 0 to 8dB.关键词
