对氯苯酚废水的电化学降解研究
Study on degradation of p-chlorphenol wastewater by electrochemical method

Abstract
The effects of aeration rate,applied voltage,supporting electrolyte concentration and the initial pH value on electrochemical oxidation degradation of p-chlorphenol were studied via the static experiment,which used stainless steel based PbO2 electrode manufactured by electrical deposition method and simulated wastewater of p-chlorphenol solution.The results showed that the experiment manufactured PbO2 electrode has higher catalytic activity,and p-chlorphenol can be effectively degradated.Lower operating voltage helps to reduce the processing cost.The removal rate of p-chlorphenol first increased and then decreased with the increasing of electrolytes concentrations and aeration rates,the initial pH value has a great influence on the treatment effect of p-chlorphenol.Using PbO2 electrode,suitable experimental conditions are the decomposition voltage of 10 V,the electrolyte concentration of 0.04 mol/L,the aeration rate of 0.2 m3/L and the initial pH value of 3.0.Under the above reaction conditions,the removal rate of p-chlorphenol is close to 100%.This method has a good application prospect,as it has a promising applicability for treating acid phenol-containing wastewater directly,and does not need pretreatment such as dilution and neutralization,even if the wastewater has high phenol concentrations and certain salt content.关键词
