恶臭假单胞菌降解苯酚的动力学研究
Growth kinetics and phenol biodegradation of Pseudomonas putida LY1
摘要
Abstract
Growth kinetics of Pseudomonas putida LY1 growing on phenol as a sole carbon and energy source was studied.The bacteria growth and phenol biodegradation were investigated under different temperatures,pH and initial phenol concentrations.It was found that the bacteria had highest phenol degradation rate in neutral or slightly alkaline solution at 25 ℃.Growth kinetics of the bacteria fits self-inhibition Haldane equation.The equation can be used to simulate phenol degradation at different concentrations.关键词
