摘要

Abstract

The simulated acid red G wastewater was treated with electrolysis-aerobic biological process , when the filler of the three-dimensional electrolysis reactor was the mixture of activated carbon and glass bead, the plate electrode was graphite. The optimum parameters were as follows:the electrolysis time was 150 min, the volume ratio of carbon to glass bead was 2: 1, the cell voltage was 20 V, pH was 5, the dosing quantity of Na2 SO4 was 1.5 g/L, the concentration of influent was 2 000 mg/L,which were confirmed by orthogonal experiment. And under such operation parameters, the removal rate of COD and chroma of the simulated wastewater can reach 49.78% and 81.45% , respectively, and the BOD5/COD can increase from 0. 12 to 0.42. Meanwhile, the wastewater after electrolysis treated with biological oxidation process within 12 h, the COD and chroma of the effluent wastewater were 48 mg/L and 120 (times) , which can meet the integrated wastewater discharge standard.
