城市生活垃圾中纤维素含量测定方法优化
Optimization of determination conditions for cellulose content of municipal solid waste

Abstract
On the basis of improving the traditional sulfuric acid method, a measurement was explored to test the content of cellulose in municipal refuse. Orthogonal experiments with six elements plus five levels,including fat extraction time, acid concentration, hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis reaction time, concentration of dilute sulfuric acid and reflux time, were designed and carried out. The results showed that the optimal conditions for determination of cellulose content were : fat extraction time of 4 h, sulfuric acid concentration of 70% , hydrolysis temperature of 30℃ , hydrolysis reaction time of 5 h, diluted sulfuric acid concentration of 5% and reflux time of 3 h. The relatively standard deviation (RSD) of new method was less than 1.69% ,and the average recovery rate was 98.76% ,which indicated that the improved method was high precise and feasible.关键词
