催化型微粒捕集器的再生与压降数值研究
A numerical study on regeneration and pressure drop of catalytic particulate filter
摘要
Abstract
Based on the new regenerating mechanism of deep-bed trapped soot, the mathematical model of regeneration process in catalytic particulate filter(CPF) was proposed. The total pressure drop of CPF was divid- ed into 5 parts,and the characteristic of each was studied numerically. The result indicated that the computed value of new regenerating model had good agreement with experimental data, it showed the actual soot trap process. In the case of high exhaust flow rate and high exhaust temperature, the pressure drop of deep-bed trapped soot increased rapidly and then decreased to a certain value. The study has the reference to verify the en- gineering applications and provides guidance for the optimal design of CPF.关键词
