BAF反应器中氨化细菌的筛选与氨化特性分析
Isolation of amonifying bacteria from BAF reactor and analysis on amination characterization
摘要
Abstract
Two bacterial strains A1 and A2 screened from the biofilm of BAF reactor were found capable of ammonification. By the morphologic observation, physiological biochemistry characteristic analysis and amination performance characterization, the strains A1 and A2 were preliminarily identified as Proteus and Micrococcus, re- spectively. On the basis of analyzing the impact factors, it was found that the main factors affecting ammonifica- tion by strains A1 and A2 were temperature, initial pH and bacteria dosage. When the temperature was 30 ℃, the pH value was 7.0 and the bacteria dosage was 5% , the degradation of organic nitrogen of two strains A1 and A2 could reach up to 86.91% and 69.98% , respectively. The two strains A1 and A2 had a certainly practical value for treatment of the high concentration of organic nitrogen in wastewater.关键词
