快速高效丙烯酸系吸油树脂的合成及性能研究
A study on the synthesis and properties of fast and high oil absorption resin

Abstract
Acrylic-series high oil absorption resins of low cross-linking densities were synthesized through suspension polymerization procedure.The effects of reaction conditions on the oil absorption properties were studied,such as monomers ratio,dosage and species of cross-linking agents,dispersant dosage and reaction temperature.The oil absorptive rate of obtained resin for four kinds of organic toxicants(chlorobenzene,pyridine,nitrobenzene and toluene) was investigated as well.It was found that after five hours of oil absorption,the maximum absorption rate was about 37.3 g/g for chlorobenzene,34.1 g/g for pyridine,30.5 g/g for nitrobenzene and 23.7 g/g for toluene.In addition,the oil absorptive rate at the tenth minute accounted for about half of the maximum.Experimental results showed that adsorption effect of the synthetic resin was highly fast and efficient for organic toxicants,which can be used in the emergency treatment of pollution accidents.关键词
