摘要
Abstract
To study the chemical constituents of the n-BuOH extract part of the herbal Leontopodium leontopodioides（Wild.） Beauv.Ethanol extract.The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC techniques,their structures were confirmed on the basis of spectral analysis.Four compounds were isolated and identified as 1-{3-（β-D-glucopyranosyloxy）-2,3-dihydro-2-[1-（hydroxyme-thyl）vinyl]-1-benzofuan-5-yl}-ethanone（1）,berberine（2）,daucosterol（3）,β-sitosterol（4）.Compound 1 was isolated from this herb firstly.关键词
