Abstract
It is quite important to bid on international petroleum projects.International petroleum projects have their own characteristics on the aspects of qualification pre-check,bidding files,bidding prices,contract conditions and technological standards.When our national oil and gas enterprises bid on international oil projects,there are some problems including outdated project pricing management system,lack of security of bidding files quality and lack of bidding skills.The thesis puts forward strategies to deal with those above problems.The strategies include setting up information database,well checking the qualification,carefully studying the bidding files,choosing influential consulting companies or agents,adopting suitable pricing methods,etc..关键词
