摘要
Abstract
Using dilution-plate method,the isolation of microorganisms from saline-alkali soil in Daqing was conducted,and the identification of separated and purified Bacillus spp.was performed by physio-biochemistry characteristics,shape of clone and spore.The clones of bacterium,actinomyces and fungi were all obtained,among them the ratio of bacillus was 43.87%,according to the primary identification,the clones of different bacillus includes Bacllus alcalophilus,B.subtilis,B.laterosporus,B.brevis,B.lichenif ormis,B.circulans and B.globisporus.The dominate strain was B.brevis.关键词
