摘要
Abstract
Based on the existing research results on supporting system of human settlements in human settlements science,the writer constructed an evaluation system on Supporting System of Rural Human Settlements（SSRHS） which selected 28 indicators from five subsystems including supply and drainage system,energy system,transport system,communication system and environment system,which calculated each indicator weight relative to total target and sorted them by using Analytical Hierarchy Process（AHP） Method.The conclusion showed that three indicators as popularization rate of safe drinking water（0.156 0）,percentage of meeting standards of drinking water source（0.104 2） and rate of tap water-households（0.101 9） account for more than 35% on influencing SSRHS,secondly the other three indicators such as annual per capita electricity consumption for residential use（0.069 4）,treatment rate of consumption wastes（0.067 9） and hygiene compliance rate of rural community environment（0.067 9） account for more than 20%.Based on this,it suggests that the government should build priority sequence in financial investment of SSRHS,establish a diversified financing mechanism and implement project management on rural security drinking project.关键词
