Abstract
For a long time,public hospitals are charged with the the main responsibility of the medical health in our country,always adhere to the policy that public hospitals are sector-led,private sectors are supplemented,the private medical institutions is positioned as complementary of public health care system.However,due to traditional ideas and state financial support,public hospitals＇ long-standing lack of profit and loss of sensitivity,therefore,there are many problems at the stage of the management and operation of public hospitals,regardless of cause,especially financial management issues are more prominent,resulting in a non-standard financial management of public hospitals.In consideration of the public hospital＇s own characteristics and the external environment,taking Heilongjiang Province as the example,the establishment of public hospital in Heilongjiang Province was discussed,and some suggestions were put forword aimed at the deficiencies of the financial management.关键词
