Abstract
It focused on the important significance of rural drinking water on safeguarding the life and health for the rural people as well as the rural construction achievements. It pointed out the problems in irregular choosing construction sites, unqualified water, defected follow-up management and idled drinking water facilities, then put forward some countermeasures like standardizing the procedure for examination and approval, establishing lifelong accountability for projects and centralizing management by specified departments to ensure the rural drinking water security project to give its full efficiency for a long time.关键词
