Abstract

In order to provide theory basis for the research of leaf color characteristic parameters and total nitrogen forecasting model,using image processing technique to extract parameters(RGB)of the leaf color in the key growth period,simultaneous determination of leaf nitrogen,a tobacco leaf nitrogen content estimation model was set up by linear regression and multiple regression analysis method,and the accuracy was evaluated and validated.The results showed that G and B of RGB color system could be used as the main color feature parameters to estimate leaf total nitrogen content.Total nitrogen content of the simulation and observed values were highly significant positive correlation,the determination coefficient reached 0.649,which would provide a theoretical basis for tobacco nitrogen rapidly diagnosing.
