摘要

Abstract

Based on the suppression PCR and subtractive hybridization,suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH)is a powerful technique that enables researchers to compare two populations of mRNA and obtain clones of genes that are expressed in one population but not in the other.SSH has become an efficient method that segregates and clone genes with the characteristics of high sensitivity,reliability and simplicity.The article introduced the principle and characteristics of SSH.The application on the study of plant-parasitic nematode and plant resistant-disease mechanism were reviewed.
