腰果种仁脂肪酸GC—MS分析
Analysis on Fatty Acids in Seeds of Anacardium occidentale L. by GC-MS
摘要
Abstract
The fatty acids in seeds of Anacardium occidentale L. were extracted by Soxhlet extraction were identified by GC-MS after been esterified to discuss the feasibility of analyzing the fatty acids in seeds of Anacardium occidentale L. by GC-MS. The results showed that 16 compounds were isolated and identified, which was 99.84 % of the total fatty acids. The composition of fatty acids in seeds of Macadamia spp. included 9-octadecenoic acids （38. 02%）, 9, 12-octadecadienoic acid （39. 66%）, palmitic acid （6. 45;）, 9-hexadecenoic acid（3.13%） ,octadecanoic acid（3.09%） ,and linolenie acid（4.34%）.关键词
