腰果种仁脂肪酸GC—MS分析
Analysis on Fatty Acids in Seeds of Anacardium occidentale L. by GC-MS
摘要
Abstract
The fatty acids in seeds of Anacardium occidentale L. were extracted by Soxhlet extraction were identified by GC-MS after been esterified to discuss the feasibility of analyzing the fatty acids in seeds of Anacardium occidentale L. by GC-MS. The results showed that 16 compounds were isolated and identified, which was 99.84 % of the total fatty acids. The composition of fatty acids in seeds of Macadamia spp. included 9-octadecenoic acids (38. 02%), 9, 12-octadecadienoic acid (39. 66%), palmitic acid (6. 45;), 9-hexadecenoic acid(3.13%) ,octadecanoic acid(3.09%) ,and linolenie acid(4.34%).关键词
