摘要
Abstract
Shizhu is a state poverty county,which is rich in tourism resources. Development of tourism is the inevitable choice to catch up with other developed regions for Shizhu county. However, propaganda is not enough, weak infrastructure,development of tourism resources is not enough, talent structural imbalance. Those difficulties constrained the development of tourism. At last, the suggestions from multiple perspectives for sustainable developing tourism industry were put forward. They were taking good use of government leader role, strongly attracting capital for tourism industry and optimizing personnel structure.关键词
