摘要
Abstract
To provide theoretical support for development of farmer＇s part-time occupations in economic backward areas,stratified sampling technique was adopted, 120 households of Yilong county of Sichuan province for the survey were selected to study present situation of part-time business to the farmers in poor area. Through researching on the features and constraints of part-time business, it proposed the development of part-time business strategies for the farmers in poor areas, such as：improving the system of land transfer, strengthening vocational education and training and accelerating the construction of small towns and so on.关键词
