摘要
Abstract
In order to realize coordinated and sustainable development of the agricultural production and ecological environment,taking Asian Development Bank（ADB） loans to agricultural development item of Heilongjiang province Bin county as example,starting from the production process of planting,agricultural chemicals（pesticides,fertilizer） inputs and the irrigation and water usage,the effects of the different ways and the amount on the environment were discussed.And on the basis,planting cleaner production,the fundamental measures to enable sustained and healthy development were put forward.关键词
