不同营养液处理对发菜生长及品质的影响
Effects of Different Nutrient Solution on the Growth and Quality of Star Jelly (Nostoc flageliforme)

Abstract
For the purpose of promoting the growth rate of star jelly(Nostoc flageliforme),the effects of different nutrient solution on the growth and quality of star jelly by sand culture were studied.On the basis of adding 0.5 g·L-1 of MgSO4,KH2PO4 and GABA into BG11 nutrient solution which was used as control,the growth rate of star jelly as well as the contents of 17 kinds of the most common amino acid had been determined.The results showed that after 34 days of treating,compared to the control,the growth rate of star jelly adding with Mg2+ and GABA increased by 10.20% and 42.11%,respectively,whereas it decreased by 28.54% in the treatment of adding with PO3-4.However,the total contents of amino acids were all enhanced to a certain extent by the remaining three treatments compared to the control.It could conclude that the appropriate artificial cultivation condition could promote the growth and quality of star jelly.关键词
