麻黄附子细辛汤中细辛挥发油的提取工艺研究
Study on extraction conditions of asarum essential oil from mahuangfuzixixin decoction
摘要
Abstract
To study the optimum extraction process of asarum essential oil from mahuangfuzix-ixin decoction. The effect of soaking time, extracting tine and water times on the extracting asarum essential oil through the steam distillation was studied by orthogonal experiment with the extracting rate of essential oil as index. The optimun extraction condition was as follow: adding 8 times water, soaking 3 hours and extracting 3 hours. This extraction process for asarum essential oil was simple, convenient and feasible.关键词
