β-葡聚糖酶对β-1,3-葡聚糖的最佳酶解条件
Study of β - 1,3 - glucan by β - glucanase in optimum of enzyme condition
摘要
Abstract
This paper studied on enzymolysis of β - 1,3 - glucan in the optimum of enzyme condition by β - glucanase. Effects of substrate concentration, enzyme amount, reaction temperature and reaction pH on yield of reducing sugar content were studied. On this basis, orthogonal were designed to investigate the enzymatic hydrolysis of time. The results showed that the optimum substrate was 1.4 mg/mL, enzymatic hydrolysis was 14 mg/mL, and temperature was 55 ℃, pH 5.5 for 10 minutes. In the condition, a maximum of reducing sugar hydrolysates yield was 95.30% .关键词
