Effect of chelidonium on expression of Cdk1,cyclinB1 protein in SGC -7901 cells
摘要
Abstract
To study the effect of Chelidonium on Cdkl, p - Cdkl (Thrl4) , cyclinBl protein expression in SGC -7901 Cells, and to explore the mechanism of Chelidonium inducing G2/ M phase arrest in SGC -7901 Cells. Western Blotting was used to study the effects of Chelidonium on the Cdkl, p - Cdkl (Thrl4) and cyclinBl protein expressions in SGC -7901 cells. Chelidonium could significantly decrease the expression of Cdkl and cyclinBl protein. Meanwhile, Chelidonium could remarkably increase the expression of p - Cdkl (Thrl4) protein in a dose dependent manner. Chelidonium can down-regulate the expression of Cdkl, cyclinBl and up-regulate p - Cdkl (Thrl4) protein expression in SGC -7901 cells, which may be one of the role mechanism of G2/M phase arrest induced by Chelidonium in SGC-7901 Cells.关键词
