龙牙缓释片释放度测定及体外释药机制研究
Determination of release rates of Aralia Elata sustained-release tablets and drug-releasing mechanism in vitro
摘要
Abstract
This paper studied on determination of the release rates of the Aralia Elata sustained-release tablets in vitro, and the drug-releasing mechanism in vitro. The determination wavelength of oleanolic acid which was the composition in sustained-release tablets of Aralia Elata was 210 nm, and oleanolic acid showed fine linear relationship between 0. 21 ～5. 12 (μg (r = 0. 999 9). The drug released pattern in vitro consistents with Higuchi equation. The releasing mechanism of the Aralia Elata sustained-release tablets was the synergistic effect of drug diffusion and skeleton dissolution.关键词
