摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the current situation of psychological capital for clinical nurses. Method Investigate 703 nurses in six class A tertiary hospitals of Hangzhou by Luthans questionnaire on psychological capital in Chinese edition. Result The score of psychological capital for nurses is (4. 24 + 0. 52). The score of psychological capital for pediatric nurses is lower, which is (3. 92 + 0. 54). There is significant difference on scores between psychological capital for nurses work longer than 10 years (4. 34 + 0. 54) and shorter than 10 years. There is no difference on scores between different hospitals. Conclusion Nurses have a higher score of psychological capital generally.关键词
