Cause analysis and countermeasures on hypokalemia for aged psychotic patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the cause of hypokalcmia for aged psychotic patients and find out corresponding nursing measures. Method Observation group is formed by 66 aged psychotic patients with hypokalcmia. Randomly select 60 aged psychotic patients with normal scrum potassium as control group. Analyze the result by logistic multivariablc regression analyses. Result Multivariablc regression analyses show that poor diet, frequent physical diseases and large dosage of antipsychotic drugs arc the main causes of hypokalcmia for aged psychotic patients. Conclusion Hypokalcmia for aged psychotic patients arc caused by various reasons and patients need comprehensive intervention.关键词
