Abstract
This article, based on the analysis of the problems existed in mode of training for compound transla- tion talent of English major, analyzed from the following aspects： the curriculum, faculty, teaching content, experimental conditions, practice teaching, and employment difficulties in detail. To solve the problem, the author proposes the teaching reform implementation plan that university and translation enterprises jointly build translation laboratory, by expanding interactions of production, teaching and research between university and enterprises to establish three-dimensional model of cooperation in order to train more practical translators and enhance the professionalism and professional capacity of college students and the competitiveness of the graduates.关键词
