摘要
Abstract
siRNA（short interference RNA） is 21~25nt short double-stranded RNA,can selected inhibits expression of genes homologous to it,causes the decay of endogenous mRNA,finally induces gene silence,which is known as RNAi（RNA interference）.RNAi has the features of high performance、stabilization、high specificity.It now has become one of the most active hot spots in biomedicine research,provides new train of thought for tumor＇s gene therapy,is one of the strategys in tumor therapy.Here we review the RNAi technology and it＇s application in tumor biology research.关键词
