摘要

Abstract

It is an effective method to cultivate new crops in genetic engineering means with the rapid development of molecular biology and plant gene engineering, which could improve crop quality, crop yield and the capacity of stress resistance. In this paper, the research progress of Agrobacterium-mediated molecular mechanism, the application of transgenic marker genes, the de velopment of crop transformation and the prospect of transgenic application were reviewed.
