6种中草药提取物对烟草黑胫病菌的抑制作用
Inhibition of Six Kinds ofMedical Herb Extracts on Ph ytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae
摘要
Abstract
The antimicrobial effects of six herbal extracts, A (alkaloids) ,B(glycosides) ,C(volatile oil),D(carbohydrate) ,E(flavonoid)and F(coumarone) ,against Phytophthora parasitica var. nir cotianae were assayed by applying growth rate method. The results showed that all the six herbal extracts displayed obvious inhibitory effect on the pathogen, and the effect increased with the en hancing concentration. The inhibition rates of A and B separately at 5 ml/L and 9 ml/L were grea ter than 50% ,with no significant difference from the control chemicals of 72% Metalaxyl manco zeb diluted 3000 times and Zhongshengmycin diluted 500 times. The inhibition rate of C at 80 Ml/L reached 70. 39%,significantly higher than the control agents. The inhibition rates of D,E and F separate ly at dosage 80mL/L,8mL/L,and 12. 5 Ml/L were 99. 22% ,86. 64%,and 79. 64% .significantly higher than the control agents (P<0.05). Among them,the complete inhibition of the mycelium growth could be achieved when the concentration of herb D was 8 Ml/L. The EC50 value of medical E was 2. 65 Ml/L, the minimum among 6 herbal extracts, followed by A,F,B,C and D,of which Eqo values were 4. 56, 4. 76,5. 99116. 55 and 17. 66 Ml/L respectively. According to the above results,the inhibitory activities of '6 extracts against Phytophthora parasitica need more study.关键词
