石棉县优良核桃种质资源的聚类分析
Cluster Analysis of Walnut Elite Germplasm Resources of Shimian Based on Economic Characteristics

Abstract
In order to assess the situation of walnut gerplasm in Shimian of Sichuan province,clustering analysis was conducted based on diameter, per fruit weight, per kernel weight, shell thin, kernel rate,crude lipids,and crude proteins in 42 plus trees. The results showed that rich diversities existed in economic characteristics among the plus tree and the 42 plus tree were clustered into four groups:the group I were common edible walnut which compared to ordinary walnut,has a higher protein content the group (13. 69%) and have higher nutritive value. The group II were thin-shell and high-fat walnut which was suitable for the development of the oil with walnut with high economic value due to its thin shell and high fat content. The group H was paper-shell and small size walnut, and like Cathay Hickory in shape, but smaller than Cathay Hickory, thinner shell,and can used as a new class of varieties,with good development potential. The group IV was high-protein huge walnut, both of these walnut-shaped fruit with high nutritional value, has a good market competitiveness and high economic value. The result can be used as a further research on germplasm resources evaluation and to select improved variety.关键词
