萨能奶山羊乳腺组织5-HTR2基因的克隆与序列分析
Molecular Cloning and Sequence Analysis of the 5-HTR2 Gene of Sanen Breast Milk Goat
摘要
Abstract
To provide theoretical basis for further study on bovine mammary tissue distribution of 5-HTR genes and biological characteristics, the 5-HT receptor-2 (5-HTR2) gene was cloned from the breast tissue of breast milk goats by RT-PCR and the PCR products were cloned and se-quenced. The results showed that the homology of the ORF of dairy goat 5-HTR2 gene to that of human (NM-001165947), rat (NM-017254), and dog (AB193092) were 87. 2%, 93. 5%,and 78. 9 %, respectively. The homology of goat 5-HTR2 gene sequences to that of the mouse and human were 87% and 75%,respectively. The amino acid sequence of the signal peptide is from 1 to 19aa and the SapB domain if from 53 to 121 aa,with the similar structures to that of human and rat.关键词
