大青止泻口服液对雏鸡的亚急性毒性试验
Subacute toxicity test of Daqingzhixie Oral Liquid on Chickens
摘要
Abstract
In order to determine the subacute toxicity test of Daqingzhixie oral liquid on chic-kens, Daqingzhixie oral liquid were poured into the stomach of chickens at the dose of 2mL/kg, 4mL/kg,or 2mL/kg weight,respectively. Chickens of the control group were given saline with the same volume. Tests last 14 days to observe and measure the clinical symptoms of the chickens. The body weight,blood,serum biochemical indicators,and changes of organises on the first and the 14th day after stop pouring were determined. There was no significant difference between the experimental groups and the control group. This indicated that Daqingzhixie oral liquid is safe to chicken.关键词
