Construction of Henan Agricultural Science Online Service System
摘要
Abstract
Henan agricultural science online service system(HASOSS) was constructed based on modern information techniques such as computer, multiple media, Internet, and 3G mobile. The technique proposal of the construction was called "123 project", which meant one web site, two appointment methods and three communication methods. The agriculture remote diagnosis could be made through remote video conference, remote digital video monitoring and 3G mobile video call. There were two stages for constructing HASOSS. During the first stage,HASOSS was demonstrated in the agriculture science research institutes of Henan province and during the second stage,it would cover the whole province. HASOSS would be gradually developed to be a synthetic agriculture information platform which could provide information on agricultural techniques, materials, product sales and so on.关键词
