Effects of Various Factors on Multiple Shoot Induction of Melaleuca leucadendron
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the influences of several factors,various basal media,carbon source,rare earth elements,6 - BA and 2,4 - D combinations, on the multiple shoot induction of MeLaleuca leucadendron was studied. The results showed that MS culture medium gave the best result and was effective to improve the induction rate with the 20g/L glucose than other concentrations of carbon sources. The rare earth elements had promoted effect on the multiple shoot induction with the concentration of 5mg/L Ce(NO3)3 and the induction rate of 93., 33%. The induction rate was up to 100 % on MS culture media added with 1. 0 mg/L 6 - BA and 0.01 mg/L 2,4 - D.关键词
