摘要

Abstract

A pair of primers were designed according to the base information of the promoter PNZ-IP in Pharbitis nil (L. ) Ching using software primer 3. 0. Five DNA fragments of the genomic DNA in Rehmannia glutinosa. F. Hueichingensis (Chan et Sehih) Hsiao were amplified; one fragment (1 096 bp) was cloned by PCR. The result showed that it was one transposon-like protein gene sequence, including a complete ORF,450 bp in size and encoding one 150-amino acid trans-posase(alignment with some gene sequences in NCBI). Furthermore,the another pair of primers were designed according to the base information of the ORF and the ORF was generated completely by PCR. The results will provide significant references for cloning the functional genes from Rehmannia glutinosa. F. Hueichingensis (Chan et Sehih) Hsiao and their structural and functional studies in the future.
