摘要

Abstract

The methods of liquid fermentation and anti-fungal test were adopted to study the elementary properties of anti-fungal compounds produced by Trichoderma atroviride strain SS003. The results were as follows: (1) The inhibition rate of SS003 fermentation liquor against the pathogenic fungus Cytospora sp. Was 87. 25%,and that of the non-protein micro-molecules was 75. 18%,however,only 51. 03% for the macro-molecules such as proteins. (2) The extracts from the fermentation liquor through different polar organic solvents had certain inhibition effects on Cytospora sp. (28. 95% -74. 44%),in which the inhibition rate of the methanol extract was up to 74. 44% ,the highest of all. (3) In the temperature range of 0-121 ℃,the inhibition rate of active anti-fungal compounds (toxins) against Cytospora sp. Was 88. 32% -95. 81%,not varying obviously with temperature. The toxins had strong inhibition effects on Cytospora sp. In the test pH range of 3. 00-9. 00 and the inhibition rate was 81. 25% -98. 80%. When the pH was within the limit of 5. 00-8. 00,the inhibition rate got over 95%. (4) After the toxin crude extract was adsorbed by activated carbon, the filtrates could inhibit the colony growth of Cytospora sp. To a certain degree,of which the strongest inhibitory rate was 60. 31%. The active compounds of T. Atro- viride SS003 inhibiting Cytospora sp. Were complex, with diversity and broad polar distribution as well as certain thermal and acid-base stability.
