摘要
Abstract
The effect of organic fertilizer that was inoculated by BM organic matter-decomposing inoculant via high temperature fermentation on the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage was studied. The result showed that promotion of BM organic fertilizer dosage increased the leaf length, leaf width,leafy head size, the dosage of 30 t/ha gave the best result. At this level, the soluble sugar rate in Chinese cabbage arrived its maximum (1. 39%),coarse ash rate got the lowest level at 0. 49% and the nitrite content was 0. 22 mg/kg. Chinese cabbage gave highest output at 164. 09 t/ha with dosage at 30 t/ha and Improved output of 14 tons which increase 9. 3% than that obtained for chemical fertilizer only.关键词
