铁皮石斛原球茎悬浮培养及其多糖积累的研究
Studies on Suspension Culture of Protocorm-like Bodies of Dendrobium candidum and Their Accumulation of Polysaccharides

Abstract
By culturing the protocorm-like bodies of Dendrobium officinale in the liquid media, the effects of phytohormones and other factors on the growth and accumulation pf polysaccharides were studied. The results showed that the liquid culture N6 + l. 0 mg/L NAA+1. 0 mg/LKT+ 5% banana extract+ 5% potato extract was suitable for both the growth of the protocorm-like bodies and the accumulation of polysaccharides. After 30 days of culture,the fresh weight arrived at its maximum of 122. 9 g/L,and the maximum polysaccharide content was up to 24. 2% by the 25th day of the culture. The results above suggested that it could be a feasible pathway to produce protocorm-like bodies of Dendrobium officinale in large scale in the mode of liquid culture, which would be an important alternative to the field production.关键词
